Moving to GreenPT Apps
chat.greenpt.ai closes on 30 September 2026. How to bring your chat history to apps.greenpt.ai.
What's changing?
We're moving from chat.greenpt.ai to apps.greenpt.ai. The new platform is faster, supports folders, and brings all your GreenPT tools into one place.
What does this mean for you?
30 September 2026 is the last day you can send messages on chat.greenpt.ai. After that the site stays online and your existing chats remain readable and exportable, but new messages, transcriptions and research runs happen in apps.greenpt.ai.
Migrating your chats
You can bring your full chat history to GreenPT Apps in a few steps. The one-click import keeps working after 30 September, so you can still move your history later.
One click is enough
In GreenPT Apps, open Chat and click Import your chats. GreenPT fetches your history from chat.greenpt.ai for you. The manual export and upload below is the fallback if you prefer to handle the file yourself.
What carries over
Your conversations, chat titles, original timestamps, web search citations, and folder structure are all preserved. Pinned status and tags are not included in the migration file.
Export your chats from chat.greenpt.ai
- Open chat.greenpt.ai and sign in.
- Open the Account menu in the bottom-left.
- Click Export Data.
- Your browser will download a JSON file.
Sign in to GreenPT Apps
Head to apps.greenpt.ai and sign in with the same account.
Import your chats
- Open the Account menu in the bottom-left.
- Under, click Import chats from chat.greenpt.ai.
- Select the JSON file you downloaded in step 1.
- Your conversations will appear in the Chat sidebar once the import is complete.
